Conditions of our Home Delivery Service
- Orders must be received by 10am EST on a Wednesday, to ensure your order is dispatched the following Monday. Your goods will arrive that week of being dispatched unless advised.
- Your goods will arrive via our Own Driver or a 3rd Party Transport Company.
- You may nominate a week of delivery.
- We can not deliver on a set day or time, as the lead time from dispatch may vary with our 3rd Party Transport Company.
- Your goods will arrive refrigerated.
- Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation.
- If you are not home, we reserve the right to leave it at your door.
- If you do not tick that you are loyally member when placing your order, your points will not be added to your account.
- If you order products that are not marked “Suitable of Home Delivery””, you are purchasing them at your own risk and no credits will be available on them. We don’t recommend these products due to the high chance of damage in transit.
- If your items are out of stock, we will advise you and recommend a substitute. However, you will still need to meet the minimum order value for delivery.
- Minimum order value for home deliveries is $99.00, excluding any possible delivery fee.
- Another full delivery fee will be payable if your order value exceeds $150.00
- If incorrect delivery details have been provided and we need to redeliver, a charge of $25 will be required to be paid, before a redelivery occurs.
- A redelivery may lead to spoiled products, which we will not take any responsibility for if
- You are aware that your products are delivered by a transport company and due to handling, may not arrive in showroom quality with movement that occurs. However we endeavour to get your products to you in the fastest and best possible manner.
- Any damages to products must be emailed within 4 hours of delivery, with detailed photos of the product/packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org. Beyond this time no credit or refund will be issued.
- We reserve the right to not process your order and refund your order in full.
