My gluten free journey started with a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroid autoimmune disease and a food intolerance test. My naturopath told me to go gluten free, dairy free and the high intolerance foods. I felt better immediately. I did that diet for 3 months and then I went onto the Auto Immune Protocol diet and eliminated all grains, seeds, nuts and nightshades. Now lots of my symptoms have improved and now I’m reintroducing foods but I still get a reaction to gluten so I believe it will never be in my diet again. I’m glad to have stumbled across this company as I’m still trying out the various gluten free products to find good ones.
