At Gluten Free 4 U we make and offer an extensive range of products and being able to “Click N Collect” is an important part to creating convenience for our customers. The ability to browse from your bed, take your time to choose, order at work on your break and then collect is a fast and efficient way to get all your Gluten Free 4 U goodies. This avoids having to wait in line or you travelling 20 minutes and arriving at store to find the last Chocolate Donut has just been sold to the lady before you.

    • Ensure your order is over $90 for Victorian Customers and $100 for all other destinations around Australia.
    • Complete all your details in the fields required.
    • Orders must be submitted 3 business days prior to Monday for despatch that week.

    Conditions of our Home Delivery Service

    We take every care to pack your items securely and ship them via road freight via our Transport Carriers. There are a few points to be aware of with our service:

    • Interstate deliveries are despatched every Monday from Melbourne, Victorian delivery days depend on your town/suburb.
    • Transit times to your doorstep may vary slightly
    • You give an authority to leave at your doorstep if you are not home.
    • We can not guarantee a day or specify a time for delivery.
    • Victorian Customers – Your goods will arrive in a refrigerated delivery vehicle with appropriate labelling.
    • Interstate Customers – All your goods will arrive in a Foam Box with appropriate labelling and packed with Dry Ice arriving refrigerated.
      • Dry ice is very cold and is used to ensure your goods arrive in a refrigerated condition. Be careful upon opening and do not use exposed skin to handle the dry ice. Use gloves. Dispose of the dry ice via the sink and your foam box in a responsible manner.
      • You can track your delivery by________________
      • There is a delivery fee of $22 for all interstate orders to the value of $120. Thereafter $15 for every $100 ordered.
      • Some products are not able to be shipped outside of Metropolitan Melbourne. This is due to them being delicate in nature and having a high chance of damage whilst in transit with our 3rd party transport carriers. If you order the following products, they are at your own risk and no claim can be made to Gluten Free 4 U. They are: All Tarts, All Vanilla Slices, Eclairs, Cannoli, Cakes both large and individual.
    • Any damages to products must be emailed within 4 hours of delivery to you, with detailed photos to orders@glutenfree4u.com.au. Beyond this time no credit or refund will be issued.
    • We reserve the right to not process your order and refund your order in full.
