Banana Bread

Always a classic, our gluten free banana bread has all of the flavour and moistness you’d expect from an old favourite but with all of the added benefits of being gluten, dairy, yeast, soy free and fructose friendly. If you haven’t had banana bread in a while, ours is definitely a great alternative to the classic recipe, which is full of dairy (butter) and gluten.

Our banana bread makes for a tasty and healthy snack and is ideal for packed lunches or coffee and tea dates with friends or family. It’s also great with a little jam or marmalade, but don’t overdo it! Our banana bread is so full of flavour that it’s great on its own already.

Classic Sourdough Loaf

Sourdough bread making differs from bakery to bakery and household to household. Maintaining old sourdough yeasts is a delicate process, and each batch has its own distinct flavour. Wraps

They’re great whether you’re on the go or planning a fun and healthy dinner for you and your family or friends. our wraps have all the texture and taste of the real deal without upsetting your stomach. They’re made of rice flour and potato starch and are completely gluten, dairy, egg, yeast and soy free, as well as fructose friendly.

The best part about our gluten-free wraps is just how customisable they are. Vegan wraps with all of your favourite veggies? Great! A good substitute for tortillas for taco night? It’ll do the job nicely.

Try them out in a burrito wrap with spicy pulled pork, beans, a sprig of coriander and you’ve got yourself an excellent meal. Or do your own “fast food” wraps, only much healthier. Add shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, grilled chicken, and a sauce of your choice for a healthy alternative to a particular golden-arched cafe-style version.
