Always a classic, our gluten free banana bread has all of the flavour and moistness you’d expect from an old favourite but with all of the added benefits of being gluten, dairy, yeast, soy free and fructose friendly. If you haven’t had banana bread in a while, ours is definitely a great alternative to the classic recipe, which is full of dairy (butter) and gluten.
Our banana bread makes for a tasty and healthy snack and is ideal for packed lunches or coffee and tea dates with friends or family. It’s also great with a little jam or marmalade, but don’t overdo it! Our banana bread is so full of flavour that it’s great on its own already.
